If there's a hiccup with your delivery, here’s how to let us know:
- Go to the 'Orders' tab and click on 'Report an Issue'.
- Choose the reason for the issue and specify whether it affects your whole order or just specific items.
- If possible, upload images to support your claim using the 'Upload Image' button.
- You can then request a re-delivery, credit or collection if related empties.
Make sure to report any issues within 72 hours so we can resolve them in time for your next delivery.
