How do I report an issue with my delivery?

If there's a hiccup with your delivery, here’s how to let us know:

  1. Go to the 'Orders' tab and click on 'Report an Issue'.
  2. Choose the reason for the issue and specify whether it affects your whole order or just specific items.
  3. If possible, upload images to support your claim using the 'Upload Image' button.
  4. You can then request a re-delivery, credit or collection if related empties.

Make sure to report any issues within 72 hours so we can resolve them in time for your next delivery.
